Kids train after school, adults train in the evening: Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai side by side all week.
Kids BJJ · Little Champs
A four-year-old's first martial arts class should teach them to listen, wait their turn, and try something hard without quitting. Little Champs does that through real Jiu-Jitsu (positions, escapes, and body control) at a pace built for short attention spans.
Kids BJJ · Champs
Champs is where Jiu-Jitsu gets serious. Ages 7 to 16 drill technique, train live against resisting partners, and earn every stripe on the belt.
Kids Muay Thai
Muay Thai Champs runs on Mat 2: footwork, pad work, and conditioning for kids 7–16. Technical striking in a controlled environment, coached hard and coached safe.
Adult BJJ
Gi and no-gi Jiu-Jitsu under a curriculum shaped by Frankie's own black-belt lineage. First-timers to competitors train side by side.
Adult Muay Thai
The art of eight limbs on Mat 2: pad rounds, bag work, clinch, and technical sparring for those who want it. The best conditioning in the building, no fight obligation attached.
