This program includes BJJ, Muay Thai/Kickboxing and MMA classes. After taking both Jiu Jitsu & Muay Thai classes, the professor will let you know when you will be eligible to move into the MMA classes. Those classes will include and not be limited to BJJ, Muy Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, and other martial arts. This program will closely follow Professor Frankie Edgar’s Long time and proven successful training camp program that many fighters had success with.
